Today please remember that love is your birthright. It is the spiritual juice that vibrates and exists at all levels of our being. It is a dessert of the soul - light, delicious, healthy and free. It is there to be savored, to be delighted in and to share.

We must first give it to ourselves before we can share it with others. True love is embracing all of what we are - our ego minds, our wounds, our creativity, our gifts ...

Sit with yourself today and envision a divine shower of love and blessings washing over you. As I mentioned on Sunday, on this Valentine's Day love yourself. Love all of you - your body, your mind, your emotions, your choices. Love what you like, what you judge, what you have denied. You can do it!

Fill your whole being with your own love and the love of Spirit. Send this love out to those around you - to your family, to your friends, your co-workers, to those who challenge you and on and on. Embrace the pure expression of Divine Love that you are!
